The cashier is where a member moves funds, and we describe it in the order of its screens. Five screens matter:

Screen 2: the deposit address
The cashier shows a deposit address and sometimes a tag or memo. Copy it from the screen and paste it into your wallet; do not type it by hand. Send only the coin and network that the screen shows. A transfer on the wrong network may not reach the account, and we cannot recover coins sent to an address of another network.

Screen 3: the welcome offer

Screen 4: the withdrawal

Verification before the first payout
We may ask for identity documents before the first withdrawal. Complete the request promptly, and send documents in the name that matches the account. A payout cannot be released while a request remains open.
Screen 5: the transaction record
After each deposit or withdrawal, the cashier keeps a record with the coin, the amount and the status. Keep the transaction hash from your own wallet as well. When a transfer is delayed, the hash is the single most useful piece of information, because it shows on the public network where the transfer is.

Setting up a wallet for the first time
A member without a wallet needs one before a crypto deposit. The wallet can be an application on the phone or a service from an exchange. Write down the recovery phrase on paper and store it away from the phone; anyone who holds the phrase controls the funds. Send a very small test transfer first if you are unsure about the network, and send the full amount only when the test has arrived.
Why the name on the wallet matters
A withdrawal returns funds to a wallet that belongs to the account holder. If the wallet is held at an exchange, the exchange account should be in your own name. Funds sent to a wallet of another person cannot be released, and the withdrawal may be declined.
