Where the Data of a BigGerz Member Comes From
Last updated: 13 October 2026.
We operate the BigGerz casino and decide how the personal data of our members is used; in this notice “we” means BigGerz in that role and “you” means a member or a visitor. UK members’ data is handled in line with UK data protection law, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. The notice follows the data by its source: what you send us, what your browser sends us, and what partners set or pass on.
What you send us
You give us your name, date of birth, country, email address and password when you register. Later you may send identity documents for verification, a wallet address when you withdraw, and messages to support. We use this data to create and run your account, to process deposits and withdrawals, to confirm that you are an adult and the person named on the account, and to answer your requests. The legal basis is the contract between you and us, and, for age and identity checks, a legal obligation.
| Data | When we receive it | Why we use it |
|---|---|---|
| Name, date of birth | Registration | Account and age check |
| Email address | Registration | Account notices and recovery |
| Identity documents | Verification | Identity and address check |
| Wallet address | Withdrawal | Sending your funds to you |
| Messages | Support contact | Resolving your request |
What your browser sends us
When you use the casino, your device sends technical data: device type, browser, IP address, language setting and cookie identifiers. We use it to keep you signed in, to protect the session, to detect fraud and duplicate accounts, and to see how pages perform. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure.
Cookies and similar storage
- Necessary cookies keep you signed in and protect the session. They cannot be switched off in our service.
- Preference and measurement cookies, where used, remember settings and show how pages perform. You can control them in your browser.
- When you add the casino to your home screen, the browser stores files on the device. You can remove them through the browser settings.
What partners set or pass on
Some data comes from parties other than you or your browser. Service providers that help us run the service, for example verification, hosting and support tools, process data on our instructions. Public blockchain networks record every cryptocurrency transaction, and we cannot remove or change what a network records. Authorities receive data where a court, regulator or law enforcement body lawfully requires it. We do not sell personal data.
Monitoring and automated checks
We review account activity to detect fraud, duplicate accounts and unusual transactions, and some of these checks are carried out by software. A decision to restrict an account is reviewed by a member of our team. You may ask us to explain the decision and to reconsider it.
How long we keep data
We keep account data while the account is open and for the period that the law and our legitimate interests require afterwards. When a period ends, we delete the data or remove the link to you. Chat and email exchanges with support are kept so that we can resolve a matter consistently.
Security
We use encrypted connections, restricted staff access and monitoring of unusual activity. Please keep your password private and sign out on shared devices, and tell us at once if you suspect misuse.
Transfers outside the United Kingdom
Where a provider processes data outside the United Kingdom, we require protection equivalent to UK standards, such as approved contract terms.
Your rights
You may ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and a portable copy. Write to [email protected] and mark the message “privacy”. We answer within one month and may ask you to confirm your identity. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Messages we send
Service messages, such as verification and security notices, are sent while the account is open. Marketing messages are sent only where you have agreed, each message explains how to stop further messages, and you may withdraw agreement at any time.
Under 18s
The service is for adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger, and we delete such data once we find it.
Who can see your data
Access to member data inside our team is limited to those who need it for support, payments and security. Verification documents are available only to staff who perform verification. Staff are instructed to treat member data as confidential, and access is reviewed when roles change.
Asking us to correct data
If a detail on your account is wrong, write to us and we correct it. A name that differs from your identity documents is the most common case; correcting it early prevents a delay at the first withdrawal.
Changes to this notice
When we change this notice, we publish the new text with a new date at the top. Where a change is material, we also tell members by email.
